The willowfield is a well kept little B&B in a quiet road close to blackpool north station with small but clean rooms and a very friendly owner. It lacks most qualities that have given Blackpool a bad reputation, there are no drunken guests at a "hotel-bar" and no stag&hen partys, no noise from neighbouring bars and neither dirty beds nor broken windows. The single room was simple, but complete with teakettle and freeview-TV, while the "double" had a more traditional wallpaper and two large beds. Bathrooms are not ensuite and have showers only, but are in good condition and frequently cleaned.
Breakfast ist served quickly and includes cereals, toast, eggs and sausages, surely not extravagant, but quite good quality. more
