I stayed all bank holiday weekend with my friend and two teenage kids. It was clean, everything worked, the owners were lovely, breakfast was at 9 to 9.30 which was a bit limiting, but we had a lovely time there and for £20 a night, what do you expect?
I would not recommend it for stag parties or the like because I can imagine they wouldn't stand for any nonsense, but we met other older couples who had been going there for years and they were great. Personally I would say it is a 'typical' blackpool b&b, the whole street is the same, but if you want cheap and cheerful, this was fine - even the bed linen was new and matched the curtains ! If you want to be near the tower, its ideal. We parked in Chapel Street car park (underground sort of multi beneath the police station), it was £17 for friday to monday, I have a new car, and it was totally fine.
