We stayed here during October half term and had booked a family room with bunk beds and a separate double room. The hotel is in a good location for the pleasure beach and the tram along the front. The owners are nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was not very big and a little tired but clean. It was not the most luxurious place we have ever stayed but it was what we expected so not disappointed!

A hotel in Blackpool, great location! Rooms small but clean. Breakfast ok. Bar and service fine. It's not five star but then no where is in Blackpool! People want Ritz style surroundings for B&B money. I would go back!

Spent two nights with kids. Perfect location for pleasure beach and south peir. Hotel spotless family friendly and very helpful. Was really impressed with the breakfast menu several options and children also catered for. Hotel has a nice feel about it. I will certainly be going back again
