Lovely people, lovely food and excellent service. The rooms were spotless with all the amenities you need. Lovely bar area. They had a sign up and it summed it up for me 'arrive as strangers leave as friends'

As a group of 4 couples we stayed in birch villas for one night 08/03/2013. This modern b and b is situated in a Grate location for easy access of all of Blackpools fun. Me & my partner stayed here for the weekend ,Paul & Karen were fantastic,breakfast was lovely,they made us feel very welcome,our room was fab,they helped us find places to go,will be returning with the family in the summer ,Wouldn't stay anywhere else but here!fantastic place & lovely people!

A really nice clean friendly Hotel .These people saved our New Year after our hotel said the bar would close and no buffee would be served there.Paul and Karen made us feel welcome .There was friendly warm atmosphere there.They could not do enough for us .We would recomend this hotel to any one

We stopped at Birch villa in october for the Blackpool lights. What an amazing stay!!!!
