Hotel was very nice and Sandra and jeff were very welcoming. Cooked breakfast was lovely and the tram stop was only outside to go to town centre. Would defiantly be stopping again!!!! Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and always on hand if needed anything. We stayed for two nights and beds made everyday.

Only was here for the one night, really clean. Steve on reception is really polite, breakfast was so hot and tasty. Nice location not near the rowdy part. Tram stop just outside Our room was on the small side but it was only to sleep in so did not bother us. Would recommend to anyone going to blackpool.

We love this hotel so much that this is the 4th time we have stayed here. Its a home from home. Fantastic hosts, always friendly and helpful. Very clean and good facilities. Food was excellent. Great location and adequate parking. Near to the bus and tram stops as well. Would recommend it ti anyone.
