Just back from a weekend at colris hotel. Where do I start???? Room was absoloutely filfy, dampness, wallpaper hanging off, bed headboard decorated with K-Swiss stickers, never any warm water for shower. Bed broken. When door was locked it could still be opened from the outside! Door frame not secure. Wood in bathroom hanging off and rotting away. No changing... more

Staff were friendly however this hotel was very tired and needed a total refurbishment. At present not helped by work going on across the road on the refurbishment of the Promenade. We stayed one night and could hear the conversation in the next door room (no argument). There was excessive levels of noise transferred through the partition walls, toilets flushed... more

stayed in this hotel for the easter weekend,we had a double and a tripple room for the 5 of us.the rooms were'nt massive but were not the smallest ive stayed in. this hotel has three floors(with a lift),a nice dinning room,a bar, pool room and big screen tv. there is no car park so we parked in the street directly... more
