Six of us have just returned from a three night break in Blackpool staying at the Royal Seabank hotel. Excellent location on the front 1000 yards from the Coral Island, 10 min walk to the Pleasure Beach, 20 yards from a tram stop. Parking is avaliable not at the hotel but at another sister hotel. We booked Bed, Breakfast and... more

We have just had a Saturday night stay in Blackpool at The Royal Seabank Hotel, it was like being in a time warp!!!!!!!! 'Life on Mars' must have been filmed here. Horrible dated smelly rooms, "School Dinner" food, not an experience we would wish to repeat in our life time. This place MUST have a total refit. Why anyone would... more

Have just returned from this hotel after a 4 night stay.First impressions were of the hotel, that it was quite dated and needed completley re-decorated.We arrved at the same time as 3 buses full of OAP'S,which meant having to stand in in a long queue for the very small lift, only to discover that the lift wasn't even big enough to fit... more

I stayed in this hotel for one night - I joined a group of friends to celebrate my mum-in-law's 50th birthday. A friend of my mum-in-law's had stayed here before and we received a special promotional rate to stay for a long weekend. The hotel is stuck in a permanent time-warp and fittingly, is frequented (and popular!) with 65+ year... more

Stayed at the Royal Seabank Hotel last November with my son and grandchildren. The location is good but the hotel is tired and dated especially the cabaret room which is also unbearably hot. The food is alright but I had a hair in my steak pie which put me off for the rest of the weekend. The cabaret was okay... more

Had ok short break, room clean and spacious however a bit dated and could do with complete redecoration. We paid extra for a sea view but could not really see a lot due to the extensive redevelopment of sea front, this also meant a constant thud thud from the works during sun up hours. Would not recommend anyone to ask... more
