Complete and utter dump. Literally. Dampness on walls, pipes hanging out, paint peeling from walls. Sheets on bed dirty and damp. Terrible, terrible place. more

Stayed for a sunny August weekend and it's disappointing to see the previous comments as we had a great weekend. No, the room wasn't the biggest in the world but you're only sleeping there!! The staff were friendly; both the Manager and the Barman, were very hospitable and made you feel very welcome. The food in the restuarant was excellent... more

30 seconds cost us £10! The speed with which this man took our money for 1 nights' b & b (£60) set the alarm bells ringing, my partner paid before checking the room. His name he stated was Mr B Mistry and on checking the room which was cramped and offered no space to get down either side of the... more

Do not stay here. It would be preferable to be able to select rating in the minus for this hotel. Our room was exactly 7 foot wide and there were 2 single beds in that space. There was 1 wardrobe between us both, measuring 18 inches wide! The bathroom was an experience as if you were lucky there was a... more

Arrived to find a non English speaking receptionist. Room was freezing, single glazing windows that rattled. Totally needing remodernised from top to bottom and for Blackpool was pretty expensive. I could stay there again, but then again I could also jam my hand in a door and I'm not gonna do that either. I'd rather sllep in a tent. Biggest unfriendly dump... more

Great experience from the minute we arrived, the staff were very friendly and efficient, nice room which was quite small but adequate for our needs. Breakfast was fantastic, pity the hotel was quiet as we missed out on the evening meal and entertainment but this was such a central location this was not too much of an issue more

Superb!

Myself and partner were lucky to choose this hotel from the vast number available. There was nothing that this hotel could be faulted on from the friendliness of the staff to the marvellous food. I recommend taking the evening meal option as the dinner was superb! The house red at £10 a bottle must not be missed. If you can,... more
