The hotel is a family hotel and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very small but clean and freshly painted. The bathroom was cosy. The breakfasts were good and plentiful. We had a sea view so good view of lighted trams and illuminations.

Have rebooked for next year, good family run hotel. Inspite of a mix up due error of late rooms.com we were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean and well laid out. Great sea veiws from guest lounge. Watched the lit up trams passing by.
