Fantastic place to stay in Blackpool, rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was just right. Would highly recommend for a cheap stay in Blackpool. The hosts were very friendly and eager to help. The secure car park was a real bonus.

stayed here for a hen weekend, lovely clean rooms and the owners couldn't do enough to help us. so friendly we didn't want to leave. will definitely be going back there again. price was fab. the breakfast in the morning was just enough with copious amounts of tea, coffee and extra toast. big thank you. well worth a stay here.

Brilliant!!!!!!!! Marlene and Colin are the best lad lord/lady that i have ever met, they ever got us all a free drink. Stayed at this hotel as part of a hockey tour/hen do and the hosts Marlene and Colin were absolutely fantastic. They make you feel so welcome, and colin cooks a super fit full english! Had an amazing night here. Hotel was very cosey & clean. Breakfast was everything you could ask for, full English, tea & coffee, cold juice, croissants & cereal. The owners are amazing, fun & down to earth people. You need to book in this B&B, you won't get better service anywhere else & you can't complain at the price!!
