Located very close to the tower, shops and bars. Couldn't ask for a much better location. Friendly welcome on arrival. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Bar prices are fair considering how late it stayed open. Will stay here again if in Blackpool. more

Typical Blackpool guest house. Small rooms and ageing decor. Rooms were clean, breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about. Location is good - close to Tower, shopping etc. Bar will stay open as long as you want. Fine for stag/hen week-ends. more

the owner malcolm was a lovely chap but obviously does not run the place full time. His caretaker was lazy and did not welcome us on arrival.
