Booking system did not ask for a deposit but I was phoned later to get £25 per head deposit. Not a problem but would have been better if the booking system had advised that would be the case. I booked a night away to celebrate my partner's birthday. The hotel then cancelled the booking even after confirming it. The excuse was that they had forgotten to update the online vacancy information. Any hotel that advertises on the internet must keep its information upto date. Book with extreme caution! more
