Booked into this hotel by my company's booking service - I guess they thought they were doing me a favour - Nice location far enough away from the chavvy centre of Blackpool, with a nice pool and good facilities - perfect? Not quite - Why is it acceptable to charge a resident £4.15 for a cup of latte to take... more

My husband and I stayed at The Hilton Hotel at Blackpool for his 40th birthday. The hotel was very nice, with excellent rooms, service and facilities. The staff were very friendly and professional and the breakfast was superb. Shame about the town it's in - an absolute dive full of drunken idiots and pools of vomit on the pavement wherever... more

Stayed here for three nights midweek. Our previous experiences in Blackpool have been dingy B&Bs so we thought we'd give the Hilton a try. First impressions are not good as it is a bit of a blot on the landscape, but once inside our minds were put at rest. The staff were extremely friendly on check-in and very helpful any... more

I stayed at the Blackpool Hilton over a weekend (Friday to Sunday) and have to say it was a nice environment to be in. On check-in, the staff on the desk were friendly, courteous and attentive. The room was a good size (we had two twin rooms), although the previous reviewers observations on the toilet handles seem to be accurate.... more

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. I had heard it was really out the way, but i didn't find it ti be so. Yes it is a 15-20 minute walk to north pier but it is such a lovely walk (weather permitting) Or you can catch a bus or a tram and your there in minutes. Staff were... more

Just back from a second visit to this hotel. The outside of the hotel is not pleasant but the rooms inside are pretty decent. Our bedroom was more than adequate and the meals - dinner and breakfast were excellent with plenty of choice. The evening entertainment on both nights was reasonable all in a good break more

To say I was disappointed is a huge understatement. If this were my first stay at a Hilton it would have put me off the brand for life. Prior to my arrival I had corresponded with the hotel and finally had rather grudging acceptance that they had noted my request for a "Sea View" room and that as a Hilton's... more

If you get lost finding it, look out for a building that looks like Holloway prison from the out side! Customer service, good. Location We were there from London to see an act at the opera house. Its about £5 in a cab from the opera house. If you want to be near the night life, don’t pick this hotel!... more

Been here many times for conferences, and while I am aware I am not picking up the bill, I really LOVE this hotel, lovely clean rooms and spotless bathrooms, on a couple of occasions the house manager has actually come to the room to see if I was happy how I had found the room. Can't fault anything at the... more
