Very good value for money . Room Clean, comfortable, free wifi , Tv , coffee / tea making facilities . Breakfast is Excellent really good quality food . Good location very central . Compliments to Karen and Iain for their hospitality . Would definitely stop here again .

We stayed in a family room with our 2 children. The beds were verrry comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and our hosts were lovely, warm, welcoming people. Sky tv in the bar and excellent prices. We had a wonderful stay and can whole-heartedly recommend this B&B. We visit Blackpool semi regularly and this is the best place we have stayed.... More

I stayed one night which was enough. The staff that was there when we arrived was very friendly. There was me my partner in my room which by the way was very small n not even a double bed it was 3/4 which we was not told about the heater fell off the wall the nets fell down when touched... More

Thanks for your review. Just a quick response to your views. The room you booked was a 'SMALL DOUBLE' and as you say the the value was OK. The room is priced as a SMALL DOUBLE. We do get some noise, like any Hotel but we do not say anything unless it is too noisy and as you say it... More

just had a 3 nights in blackpool and stayed at this hotel. were greeted on arrival by the host iain who helped us in with our bags and sorted car parking out for us.the rooms were both on suite and very clean and beds comfortable.the breakfast was very nice fruit juice, cereal,toast a choice of full english or whatever you... What a great couple! we were greeted with a happy and warm welcome which made us feel at ease, room was excellent with en-suite so was great as we have two young children. Great nights sleep! The price was really good.. as some we have checked out were very over priced! Would stay here again and reccomend other's to do... More

The hoteliers were very accommodating and went out of their way to assist us. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was extra but very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool. Thanks to Iain and Karen.

Well all I can say is excellent!! We stayed for 2 nights as we had gone to see the illuminations. The family are lovely, warm, welcoming people and extremely helpful espeically with the 101 questions I asked them.
