Stayed in this lovely hotel over the easter weekend, was a clean and very friendley hotel the owners are 2 cracking people who go out of there way to help you enjoy your stay, great value for money with a great breakfast, cant wait to stay there again

stayed here for two nights, 10th to 12th of august was our wedding anniversary the couple that ran the kirkstall were lovely couldnt do enough for you and the breakfast was ace, location was just behind coral island amusements so was central to everything, other b & bs close by were a bit noisy but thats blackpool for you lots... would recommend this hotel as its very nice, the owners are absolutely lovely and the meals were delicious and cheap prices too! If you want to be close to everything going on this is perfect its close to all the arcades, shopping centre and the beach.

Brilliant hotel. Franko and jean was very friendly! Excellent rooms very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfy.. They had anything we wanted for are breakfast and tea... The food was very delicious well presented :) and the staff was there if we needed anytging else to eat or drink. Would defo come back... :)
