Liked the Elgin, this hotel has freeview on big tv's !! Very handy when you don't want to watch channels 1 to 4. Having investigated with Heads of Departments some comments are perhaps somewhat misleading , and it does seem a pity that grievances weren't mentioned to a senior member of staff whilst staying at the hotel so they could have been rectified immediately. Certainly, skimmed milk is provided for guests who do request it although we don’t always carry it in stock....
