went to see the lights,hotel already decorated for xmas.room small,bathroom very tiny.landing smelly and grubby.lift small.food ok ,breakfast best.would not be suitable for disabled too awkward.also beds uncomfortable,with springs popping out. more

Just back from 4 days at the Glenshee Hotel, Harrow Place, Blackpool (there are a number of Glenshees in Blackpool). The hotel was dirty, rooms dated, bed stained and the shower unusable. This is the 2nd stay at this lovely hotel, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Clean towels in the bathroom and plenty of hot water. The staff were more than accommodating for what was a very large female group, the bar stayed open until the last woman dropped, and it was service with a smile all the way.... more

This is the 2nd time i've stayed here, both times it was to meet up with a big group of friends from allover the country. The place is clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, all homemade, (compliments to the chef) and the entertainment was good too!
