We never actually did stay at the hotel nor will i ever. We rang up in Jan 06 to book our rooms. They were booked and our credit card details given over the phone. A month later we found it strange that no confirmation had came so we rang the hotel to see where it was. We were then told... more

Having survived cess-pit hotels in Cyprus, Malta, Rumania and Bulgaria I can safely say that the Lords Hotel in London's Leinster Square, Bayswater has to be the abomination to beat abominations. The stinking, tiny, dirty, unkempt, tatty, shabby, grubby AWFULNESS of our stay [4 of us in two rooms] was only softened by being able to sprint to Kensington Gardens... more

I stayed in this "hotel" last weekend and it is a total dump. There were more than 20 of us in Blackpool on a hen party and we had about 10/11 rooms between us - as for the so-called "en-suite bathrooms", only three of the rooms had showers, which didn't work, while the rest of us had to make do... more

We stayed here over the August Bank Holiday weekend 28-30th (3 girls, Vicky, Linz, Jen). The hotel is a great place to stay, the staff are very freindly and laid back. There are no rules at this hotel, the bar is open 24hrs and it is a great place to stay for groups. It is very clean, can't say anything... more

Was at the lords 4-6-04 with party of 11 for stag party. I have to say the lords serves its function as a doss house for the weekend. You cant expect wonderful conditions for a stag and hen hotel. My room stunk of dampness and the shower was cold on the saturday but who cares a great time was had... more

Not only that there seemed to be a gang of oldish women trying to get into our mates fellas! prob not... more

The New Lords Hotel is under new ownership and has been refurbished extensively. It has an adults only policy, encouraging stag/hen groups to stay and have a great time. It has a genuine 24 hour bar and should you want a quiet weekend, you should book elsewhere! We want guests who want to enjoy themselves and let their hair down!...

Just had a great weekend. Six of us, three couples, stayed for two nights. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The hotel was lively - which was what we wanted, with a 24 hour bar. We were lucky that the hotel has had a massive refurbishment due to new owners, so some of the comments that we... more
