We stayed for 1 night to see the illuminations. The room had a wonderful sea view (room 49) and 3 of the 4 windows opened wide (one was stuck) to lett in some air as it was extremely warm (which it never usually is in Blackpool). All the staff were friendly and breakfast was great (apart from missing mushrooms or... more

We paid a bill on departure and 2 days later we received a receipt for an additional £170 which had been debited from my card without authorisation! more

I would say for the money this hotel is good value. The staff are always friendly and the hotel through out is very clean and i have never heard children running... more

worst place i've ever stayed in! The staff are unclean and there meals are sevred so quick and not even warm, there like mcdonalds. Never ever go there you will never get to sleep. The children are always shouting and the whole place needs revamping. I was going to stay there for a week but I packed my bags after... more

Thank you for your comments, however there are few things we would like to ask. Could you please tell us when you stayed as we have no record of somembody checking in, having a meal, trying to sleep and then checking out after 5 hours. We have NEVER been told that our staff are unclean and you would certainly not...

From the woeful breakfast to the half inch gap around the windows this is easily the worst hotel i have had the 'privilidge' of staying in. The rooms are very basic and the decor is long outdated and depressing. The nights sleep was constantly interrupted due to the noise from the street (Not due to riot like behaviour, more the... more

Overall its a great family hotel to stay in whether just for an overnight stay or a weeks holiday, with great views of the seaside and near the beginning of the illumination... more

I took my friend back to the Headlands as she had visited with her husband before he died. It was my first and last visit. No smiles from either reception or dining room throughout our stay with one exception. The foreign young man was told to go and get our cases and he never bothered. For 2 older ladies this... more
