kath and rick are the most down to earth hosts in blackpool there hotel is clen and verey welcoming with the best four poster bed i have slept in the food in the morning was cookt to perfection my sel and my wife will definetly be back . my only complaint is thay are not open for x mass lol more

It's not (yet) the most attractive guest house from the outside, but Kathy and Ricky have only been here for 7 weeks - give them time. Inside, it's a different proposition altogether. The Old Coach House is a superb example of how the traditional Blackpool B&B has transfortmed itself into the modern era.
