my wife and myself have just spent a most comfortable week at the queens hotel and once again the staff never seem to amaze methey are so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them no matter what you ask them to do the food is excellent and plentyiful okay the entairment could be improved slightly but overall... more
