Made to feel extremely welcome. Comfortable & spotlessly clean. Great location, hotel is situated on a quiet back street but is only a minutes walk to the sea front near the pleasure beach so you are close to the entertainment but dont have to put up with the noise like the other hotels situated on the promonade. Would recommend this... more

From the moment Dawn and Dave made us arrived very welcome. Very clean, well presented hotel and good value for money. Breakfast was brill. Even the bar was good value with a nice friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended. Will be back. more

Went with my 75 yr. old sister, 46 yr. old niece and two great nieces aged 9 and 6. The hotel is very clean and friendly. A lovely breakfast with as much extra tea, coffee and toast that you can eat. Mine and my sisters room was a bit too small for 2 adults and would of suited children instead.... more

hotel rooms immaculate and comfy.. owners very friendly lovely couple.. would reccomend this b&b to couples young groups and families wanting to stay in a clean environment! definately would stay there again! more
