Hi..we have just returned from our 2nd stay at the hotel, on both occasions, we found the hotel to very friendly, welcoming, accommodating to our individual needs, clean and very central to Blackpool. With it being on a side street you are away from the noise from the town centre. more

A great hotel in a great spot, ajacent to all you could wish to be near. A warm welcome, tidy and spotless rooms were also supported by a quite superb full english breakfast. Met friends from Germany at the Novello Hotel to celebrate the New Year. A very warm welcome was received from our hosts and we became one big family to see in the New Year with a great meal, drinks, music and dancing in the basement bar then at Midnight a street firework display.
