We were disappointed with the overall condition of the room. There were no quilts just a sheet and a cover. The window sills were filthy and the windows did not shut properly which meant the room was really cold. Our daughters had to go to bed wearing tracksuit bottoms and tops over their pyjamas. The room had a bath but... more

My wife and I were invited by the hotel's owners, Grand UK Holidays, to a free sample of the kind of coach & stay short breaks that they provide. We arrived about 3.30pm on Friday afternoon and were shown to our room with the promise that our suitcase will be portered up to the room shortly. We decided to take... more

Stayed 3 nights half board with a reunion group. Blackpool not my favourite place and the negative comments on TA made me apprehensive - but everything here is fine. Being far from the madding crowd suited me (40 minute walk to the tower). It is easy by bus/tram to get around though, and the Pleasure Beach is only a five... more

I spent a few days at the Warwick Hotel in August and found that the rooms were neat , clean and tidy . The breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat - what more can you ask for. The highlight was the pool which the kids loved and it also gave the stressed out parents time to relax... more

I fainted in the bathroom and hit my head badly, my husband called an ambulance from his mobile but they were turned away by reception staff who said no ambulance had been called, they never came to our room to see if we had called the ambulance. My husband tried to call reception from phone in room which wasnt working... more

This was our third visit & the last. We stayed for two nights of which i never slept, the bed was very uncomfortable, noises coming from some kind of generator in the early hours. Our room hadn't been cleaned & the bed wasn't made for our second night, there was nobody on reception to complain to. Breakfast was terrible, cold soggy... more

I was very upset with room, as it needed a complete overhaul the beds were uncomfortable and there was a very strong musty smell. Although downstairs in all the public areas it was ok and the staff were all friendly. more

I am writing this review while still at the hotel, since arriving on the night of the 19 August with my seven year old daughter, our stay at the hotel as been excellent. After reading several bad reviews I was a little uncertain about visiting the Warwick, however I have been pleasantly suprised. The staff have been both friendly and... more

we have stayed at this hotel before, a few years ago and enjoyed it, hence booking again; however this time wasn't quite as good. The hotel needs updating, and breakfast was very disorganised, there were no dishes for the 'help yourself' cereals, they brought my husband his pot of tea but forgot my coffee and we had to ask fot it, there... more

I've been staying at the Warwick Hotel with my family, every October half term since I was 1 years old! Love going back each year. Despite what people have mentioned about the creaking floorboards....I think the Warwick has a lot of character! The creaking floorboards are great!! It's not the classiest of hotels, but very cosy, the staff and manager... more
