A great hotel & Mr. Wong the owner is great & helpful. the rooms are clean & tidy. Great value for money a large group of us have stayed her now for the last 4 times. We would'nt go anywhere else & the breakfast is beaut!!!! more

Myself and 7 friends stayed here for the night on New years eve 2008. On arrival we were quickly given a carpark space at the back of the hotel and our room keys. Perfectly adequate hotel situated right in the heart of Blackpool. All the staff have a smile and a welcome for you. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Stayed at the New Osterley recently. Booked on line after reading that it was modern and recently renovated. It was ok, clean and beds were comfortable, but certainly not modern or recently renovated. not a hotel more a bed and breakfast but very polite staff, room ok , clean bed linen , en suite needs updating, electric sockets unsafe, tv didnt work if you put plug all the way in and then only intermittant viewing , on the whole for what i paid was ok more
