Very, very good. They were extremely helpful, tidied the rooms very well, everything was clean, even a pint of Carling was only £1.50. There were no faults that we encountered that were affiliated with the hotel and the owners. I even knew one of the owner's relatives, which was surreal. The only thing that went wrong was the annoying Scottish... More

they'd be called the Chelston and be run by Sue and Allun. I've stayed here 3 times in the last 4 years. 1st time with mates for a rugby final and twice with my wife and 3 year old daughter whilst visiting the illuminations. Everything good has already been said loads of times on here. Great location, very clean delicious... More

The Chelston Hotel was amazing! A friend and I stayed for 2 nights and we loved it, we were made to feel right at home by the owners. The rooms were quite small and fairly basic but we weren't spending much time in the room so it didn't bother us. They were brilliant value for money and the rooms were... More

My husband, two teenage sons and myself visited Blackpool Friday - Monday over the August bank holiday. We were greeted warmly by Sue and Allun and shown to our spacious, clean and cozy room. The room had a clean and tidy ensuite, tv/ dvd player (Allun has a huge stock of dvd's to borrow) and a fully stocked hospitality tray.... More

Stayed here for 3 nights at the start of August, we was in the top room (number 10) which was really small but cosy until the roof in the bathroom started leaking as the rain was pretty bad but we was moved to another cosy room straight away no problem (number 7)!! The breakfast was yummy and the rooms were... More

Very friendly! Only thing was that the bedroom (number 10) was very small. The en suite toilet and shower were also very small. The floorboards creeked every time you walked on them which became very annoying! More

Just returned from a two night stay at the Chelston Hotel-guest house and have nothing but praise for it. The owners, Alun and Sue are friendly and helpful and the breakfast both mornings was delicious. The bedroom was slightly dated but very clean. Our room was ensuite and our shower-room was immaculate. Next time we're in Blackpool we will definetly... More
