We stayed at the hotel from Friday 30 th Oct - 1st November. We went for a premier room and had the Windsor room. The room was alot bigger than any other hotel we have stayed in at Blackpool. The room included the internet and we had a nice sofa to sit on. There was plenty of tea and coffee... more
Arriving at this hotel late on a Friday night only to find that bookroomsdirect had made a complete mess of our booking (this hotel address, actual hotel they booked us into was located on the isle of wight!!!!!!!) Craig and Phil made us so welcome - helped with tea and advice, then found us superb accomodation literally round the corner.... more
When you arrive at the Windsor House, its like being welcomed in to a good friends home. The rooms are excepionally well serviced, and shown with pride. Paul, Craig and Phil are the most congenial of hosts and nothing is to much trouble. If you come to the windsor House expecting a Blackpool Hotel welcolme, think again. The welcome here... more
