Well your review is very unfair to me as you stayed here in October 2012. I chatted to you about the problems in that room as i didn't know anything about the window or the toilet until you told me the morning you were going. I gave you a refund you didn't ask for this i offered as i felt... More

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay here in March. Suzanne is very pleasant, friendly & helpful. This hotel is close to the centre , about a slow 10 minutes walk to the Tower. We both had a good nights sleep followed by a lovely cooked breakfast each morning, (not so keen on the cereal though). Yes we could... More

Thank you for taking time to review your stay. Im so pleased you were comfortable and happy with your stay. The attraction tickets are a great saving and always available. The stairs even get to my knees, im sorry it is a high building just not enough for a lift. Hope that you will stay again.u More

We recently stayed here for 2 nights. The owner and her mum made us very welcome, and they were polite and friendly. The breakfast was really nice. The hotel is near to all amenities, and all in all, it served our needs.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my bf using a wowcher deal, £49 for the 2 of us bed and breakfast and a bottle of rose wine, so a great deal. The B 'n' B owner and her mum are just lovely and chatty. The owner was also helpful when I asked for a slightly different breakfast rather than the... More

We had a wowcher deal for two nights at this hotel, unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not travel on the 1st night, I rang the hotel and was told the 2 rooms would be ready the next morning. We arrived to be told 1 room had been let the night before and would not be ready for 2... More

Thank you for taking time to write a review and lie in it. First of all I had to let out the room to a guest already staying, as they had upset with each other which I did explain to you when you arrived and I was about to clean the room. You didn't book through the wowcher using a... More

This is a Small, quiet place but value for money. Suzanne was brilliant, and we were made to feel very welcome. It was close to all main attractions and fairly easy to get to. The shower was tiny but this wasn't too much of a problem.

We were in a family off five, two adults and three noisy children, but Suzanne was brilliant, answering lots of the eager children's questions and had patience with them! The rooms are okay! Nothing fancy, but then again it is very cheap! Overall very clean, yes maybe a bit of dust here and then, but who am I to complain!... More

As you rushed away saying nothing leaving the key in the room door i couldnt offer you a different room, find what the problem was or even have time to say sorry. I had no idea about the towel rack. The shower is clean. The bed springs arent coming through the bed but i do agree the mattress needs changing... More
