What can i say....Stayed in Blackpool loads of times, this was the best Hotel that i have stayed in. Very Clean and the Proprietors John and Pearl were very nice and there hospitality was excellent. The amethyst hotel was recommended to me by some friends who had stayed at this hotel prior to my stay. I went with my husband and two children, i found this hotel extremely clean and also enjoyed the food. The atmosphere that the proprietors created was a very relaxing enjoyable atmosphere. i'd highly recommend this hotel for families and couples... more

I stayed at the Amethyst hotel on my hen night with 22 of my closest girl friends we all commented on how immaculate the hotel is and the food was delicious we stayed for two nights and John and Pearl couldnt of been anymore helpful providing karoake and a late bar it was a real good party weekend i've told... more

I stayed at the amethyst for my birthday with a mixed group, everything was perfect, the landlady was welcoming and sociable, the place spotless, brunch breakfast on sunday, excellent food, late bar, fantastic laid back atmosphere we didnt want to go home, we will be back!!! more

Went for a weekend with 7 mixed age female friends. Stayed at the Amethyst hotel in Blackpool. The landlady most welcoming setting us sandwiches before going out.
