On arrival to the hotel we couldn’t help but notice the build-up of filth on the windows and the frontage. Once we entered we were greeted by friendly but very unhelpful staff. The receptionist couldn’t find the key to the room and gave us the spare claiming the cleaner still had it however on closer inspection of the room I... More

Went to lie down on the bed and upon unfolding the covers to lie down found a scattering of mouse droppings. There was no staff on the premises at... More

The Hanmer Family We’ve stayed in many hotels in many countries all over the world over many years, we always go in with an open mind and expect to get what we’ve paid for, and no more than that, if we do get any more it's a bonus. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in without exception... More
