Fabulous place - a must if you are planning to stay in the area. Kate and her staff are helpful, accommodating and on hand day or night. Clean, warm, comfortable and friendly. I cannot recommend the Feng Shui hotel too highly. The norm for hotels in Blackpool are slightly tired looking ill maintained properties. But this was a breath of fresh air. Clean, tidy, all mod cons. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. more
