I honestly don't think I've ever met a more friendly staff group. There's a bit of a Fawlty Towers feel to it though. The food is gorgeous, the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. If you ask for anything though, they say yes with a big smile and then forget. If you drink a lot, you're in luck, it has a 24 hrs bar, run by two friendly and generous blokes. The rooms are trendy and lovely and clean, but there's no soap and no tea making facilities. Despite this, I'd go again, I'd take my own soap and tea. It would be worth it for the experience.
