After a nice holiday rosemary caused a un necessary row because she wanted to keep our deposit witch was £50.00,as we had 2 apartments she said there was a wet cup in the cupboard yes we were gobsmacked she then started sarcastic comments about the children I would'nt mind but we got up and went out all day came back... more

We have recently returned from 2 nights stay at this very lovely hotel. Rosemary and Chris were so welcoming and friendly, they made us feel at home. The hotel is in a perfect location away from the main drag and all the noise. Our room was very comfortable, the tea making facilities were extremely welcome after a long bus journey.... more

Just returned from staying 2 nights in the Palms Hotel and could not fault it any way. On arrival we were warmly greated with information about the sites around Blackpool and how to get to them, over a cup of tea! The rooms were spacious and Chris & Rosemary couldn't do enough for us.
