The hotel is clean, adequate & served yummy breakfast!! Our only complaint was the old lady than runs it was not child friendly at all! Problem if you had youngsters with you, therefore felt ill at ease in dining room/bar/lounge. more

we got a great welcome and was really pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel is. after a bad trip there a few years ago when it was under different management it was great to see how much it has improved. the breakfasts were fantastic with good selection on offer. the rooms we had were well decorated and exceptionally clean.... more

I stayed at the windser and westmoreland since it was taken over and it was a lovely stay. the room's were clean and tidey. the staff were very welcoming and helpfull from when we arrived till we checked out. the only complaint I have is that we weren't there long enough. I will most deffinatly be going there again more

just returned from hotel on a hen party,, well what can i say it was great , hotel litte out the centre but bus stop outside, tram line to ,, staff couldnt do enough for you ,, clean friendly, helpfull,,carl n staff are just great!!sunday lunch carvery a must £5;50 2 course, will return !!!! more

we were at the W&W for the second time, to attend a charity driven party. We stayed three days and simply cannot fault it. rooms are neat and comfy, food is excellent, but the best thing about it is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to make your stay a delight, well done... more
