As soon as i walked in too this hotel the carpet was filthy! and it didn't smell very nice drinking glasses tissues and other litter was all over the floor , in any other hotels you would see maids cleaning up , there was none! went into toilets looks very dirty and not cleaned , bar women had no idea... more

this hotel is filthy, got fed up of cleaning down with having grandchildren with us wouldnt let them touch anything so dirty, staff never smile nearly throw food at u have to ask 4 each course of food, no cleaner came to room we stayed 3 nights was given 2 towels between 4 of us and had to ask for... more

food excellent. staff on the ball. guests very happy. owners mingling at mealtimes. rooms were ok . bed base was iffy. had a good sleep though. had a really good time and would definetly go back. more

me and partner went here for 2 days for my birthday and it was terrible the staff were not helpfull, the rooms wernt fit for a dog dirty bedcovers with ciggerette burns in very smelly bathroom etc would never recommend this hotel to anyone i know . could do with the staff to be trained and a good make over... more
