Good sea front location, but not much else going for it. Our stay was spoilt by being put in an attic room which was only just big enough to fit the double bed. The hotel had some plumbing issues. September 2007 Have just returned from the Crewes Original Hotel Blackpool. Unfortunately the hotel next door was gutted by fire a couple of weeks earlier. Our room still had a terrible smell of smoke, dispite the air freshener.! The rooms are also terribly small, so much in fact some of party could not get into the shower in the bathrooms.... more

no space at all went to stay with 2 kids and i felt like i was in a goldfish bowl! Would never go to blackpool again everyone one was sour faced and i would have been better going abroad. breakfast was good staff nice. But will never be back. Stayed at the Crewes Original and it certainly lived up to the title of Blackpool hotel of the year 2006. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep up the good work. John. more
