Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager/owner - Pauline. She showed us to our rooms and offered to let us choose from the vacant ones which we preferred. Mrs Laune the owner rescued my family and I after arriving at another hotel called the Firgrove Hotel (which was appalling). We were made to feel extremely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful hotel and fantastic breakfast, the rooms quite small but then if you are going to Blackpool to spend all your time in the hotel you may want to choose a different location we went with our 2 children, hotel absolutely spotless and very friendly owners. more
