If you are looking to stay in Blackpool and want somewhere that has a good location and is clean then look no further. The breakfast is also good and if you get to spend time with the owners (eg at their bar in the basement) you will find them great fun and good company. Well worth a visit more

Didn't atctually get to stay here as the conversation I had with the 'owner/who ever answered the phone' really did put me off. I was intending to travel the next day with 2 children and had made email enquiries about the family rooms. This family wanted to stay 2 nights, but only pay for 1? Our tariffs are not only clearly laid out, but very reasonable indeed. So why ask? Sorry we can't please everyone, but we do have extremely high over heads, being a licensed Hotel! Please try us, you will not have reason to complain at our rates.

Were this family come from I presume it is customary to barter with Hoteliers? I must be honest and admit we are pretty much bargain basement here in Blackpool, however we are accredited to a good standard and have never received a legitimate complaint to date! This family booked late for Easter weekend and took our last 3 en-suite rooms....
