From checking in to checking out the staff was helpful and friendly .Always a smiling face even though we had a lot of kids in are party .The rooms are clean and plenty of room to move about .Will be returning in the new year keep up the good work more

We've just stayed at the hotel again and thoroughly had a superb weekend. We arrived just after 1pm and were able to check in. All our rooms were sea view and were clean. We were given a small twin room with small shower room,the toilet was squashed up in front of a wall,not enough room for our legs.Two legs on one of the beds were loose,my husband managed to tighten them up himself. do not go here howards crest is the worst hotel i have ever been to ie rooms are dirty and smell ????? and the hotel is in need of a revamp yes a revamp u are still in the 60/s70s no wonder everbody goes abroad more
