first may i say that i could not find fault with the cleanliness of the hotel. it was just that our sea view en-suite room did not have a chair to sit on. the bed had no headboard (thats like having a car with no seats), when you got out of bed you bumped into a wash basin. the toilet... more

we are the owners of wallace hotel and we strongly disagree with all comments in this review,, we were never approached that there was any problem ?? as regaurds to the headboard, we have had numerous but as the bed is slightly in front of the window guests seem to lean on it to look out window and accidentally break...

we are the owners of Wallace Hotel and we strongly disagree with this reveiw !! you phoned the hotel to make a booking and spoke to my husband , he said he would get me to call you back when i came in, as i was out for 10 mins .. i returned and called you back straight away unfortunately...

This was my first trip to Blackpool, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well presented and bared all the essentials in the room including full length mirror, tea and coffee facilities, wardrobes etc and were furnished to a high standard. We have been before and definately going back. Fabulous hosts so welcoming and friendly,rooms are clean and have recently been decorated to a very good standard.We were there for a friends birthday and our hosts couldn't do enough for us. I have been on 3 occasions to the Wallace Hotel and every time have had a wonderfull stay, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are decorated to a high standard, great seafront location, wondefull breakfast, especially the morning after !
