This was my second visit to this property it has changes ownership since my last visit not that that made any difference Jarek the owner is lovely very chatty and constantly asking if you need anything it is and extremely basic room only guest house and the price refelcts this i paid £70 for two nights single room. It's about 10 minutes walk from Tower area, tram stop at the end of the road. Slight flaws wifi is a bit hit and miss but not an issue for me personally, raditor's also very spasmodic in working a bit more problematic in December I didn't mention this to Jarek as I wasn't there enough for it to really matter but I'm sure if I had he would have dealt with it. Not much else to say really I will stay here again should I return to Blackpool

Jarek was very welcoming, and the room was nice and clean. Excellent value. A bit dated but comfortable. Located towards the south end, probably quite in the middle between South and Central pier. Would recommend

A thoroughly pleasant couple of nights at the Tudor. Kevin & Lesley are so welcoming. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, service was cheery. Fantastic location and absolute value for money. We will certainly be back.

Kevin and Lesley were amazing from the moment we arrived, nothing was to much for our family. Was such a lovely warm place to stay, the breakfast was an amazing extra we ordered on arrival. Our kids loved the accommodation so much, they have not stopped asking to return since we have left. Can honestly not recommend this place enough, definitely the best place to stay in Blackpool and the only place we will now stay each year. Thank you again for making us so welcome. X

Stayed here for two nights over weekend can't fault it although they are not currently offering breakfast due to covid for me personally this is not a problem the hosts Lesley and Kevin are lovely can't do enough for you nothing is too much trouble for them and I found out by chance they are originally from my home town so that was a topic of conversation. My room was small a single but had everything required, in it no hairdryer but these are available on request. WiFi can be a bit hit and miss but again not a problem the location is at the south end of Blackpool about 20 min walk from tower and main attractions but right by a team stop from where the centre is only a 5 minute ride plenty of pubs and chippies in easy walking distance. If you want the traditional little seaside B&B experience look no further I would definitely stay here again and recommend it…

Well what can I say about this place , 1 word really AMAZING, the hotel itself is just a few minutes walk from the prom and situated between the South and central pier, its about 5-10 minutes walk into town, evin and lesley are a lovely couple , I took myself and 3 kids to stay here and from the very first step into there property they were very polite and welcoming , the hotel is very clean and tidy the room we stayed in had its own onsuite shower and toilet with 2 double beds , tea and coffee on hand and very comfy with lots of room to move around , we opted for cooked breakfasts in the mornings and I must say they were delicious, you couldn't ask for better hosts put it thst way , I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and ill be booking again next time I come to Blackpool for sure .…

Everything about our stay was fab, and exceeded all expectations. Lesley very kindly put a birthday cake, banners and balloon in our room for my daughter’s birthday which went down a treat. We were made to feel very welcome, Lesley and Kevin are wonderful hosts. The room was a great size with 2 double beds, a little sink and chair, and a small but very adequate shower / toilet. Location was brilliant, right in middle between tower and pleasurebeach. Breakfast was lovely and plenty choice. 2 car parks within seconds of hotel which were unfortunately both full as we arrived on a Saturday but phoned the hotel and Kevin directed us to another one just a few minutes walk away where we got parked easily. By Sunday the other car parks had emptied so we moved the car closer to the hotel. I would recommend this b&b to anyone going to Blackpool for a few nights and wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again if we come back.…
