My partner and I have just come back from a break in Blackpool and what a great time we had.We arrived late afternoon at our hotel and were greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. Staff seemed friendly enough up to a point. We were expected to pay before we'd viewed the room, well ok. There were 3 adults in our party and we were given the attic box room, not big enough to swing the proverbial and only one person could stand up at a time. The room at the top (no lift so... more

We are sorry that this individual had such a bad experience wile staying with us. What a great pity they didnt talk to us about it in the first instance. because of the lay our of the property (we are only a 10 bedroomed establishment after all), a lift would hazardous to health and safety and contravene fire regulations, we...
