We stayed at this hotel for a Monday to Friday break in October. We have had regular breaks in Blackpool over the years and for the money this is the best one we have stayed at. Clean, comfortable, good service and good food. Will recommend to friends and family. more

we arrived early she was not too pleased about this we were not shown to our room jut told were it was in the room very small room 8x10 a double bed sink open wardrobe with no door if there was a door you would not be able to open it as there was too little space no drawers barley... more

we do not show you to your room, most people would prefer to make there own way there, we only have 7 rooms from 1 staircase it is hard to go wrong. you were offered at time off booking our superior room your comment then was you only needed a bed and wanted the cheapest room. the room you stayed...

We have stayed with Jeanette and Richard a number of times now and absoluetly love the place. You always get a fantastic friendly welcome and the rooms are wonderful, clean and very nicley presented and Richard provides free WIFI too if you need it :).our stay was child free this time it was fabby more time spent at the bar... more

This time we went without the kids as usual Richard and Jeanette were welcoming friendly and the perfect hosts the more we visit the friendlier they become this time was the best becasue Richard got the karaoke out and i humoured the other guest who were there for the first time and said they will defo be back like ourselves.... more
