What can i say!! It was my birthday myself and 8 other girls went to visit Blackpool. i booked this hotel over the phone and spoke to a polite lady on the phone. when we arrived at hotel eveything was fine both lady and gentleman seemed plesent and friendly towards us. HOWEVER, when we returned later that day (6.30ish) we were spoken to by the lady and (told off for ringing the bell)!!! IT GOT WORSE!!! By 7.30 the man entered my room telling us that we are making too much noise and to 'SHUT UP!!' (we have stayed in many hotels over the uk and this is the quietest we have ever been) We apoligised to the man however we carried on talking as we didnt see the problem.
