Stayed here whilst on a Northern Soul weekender, so only really needed a base. The villas were next door to the Winter gardens and 5 mins walk from the Tower, so extremely handy, but still quiet enough as off the main walk of hotels.
Proprietors could not have been more helpful - stored our precious car in their garage whilst we were here - lent us sugar, tea etc.
Apartment very clean, decor was a bit basic but everything was there and we did not pay alot (£20 pppn).
Found it much better than staying at a B&B where you are tied to getting up at a decent hour if you want your breakfast! Here we had a fully equipped kitchen, but there were countless cheap cafes within a stones throw, still worked out cheaper than B&B.
Would be ab solutely ideal for families staying in the summer. more
