What a weekend....firstly it rained so that didn't help. B&B was recommended, won't be asking for that friends advice again. Rooms small, breakfast average and cold. Kids didn't like the owners, spent more time on front step having a fag!!!!!!! then dealing with customers. The smell of urine at the front steps was disgusting. Will somebody please but the landlady... more

Absolutly top bank holiday weekend in this hotel. Really friendly, clean - everything you can want. Great location near to the pleasure beach, bars etc. Really friendly and accomodating landlady - makes an excellent breakfast and provides plently of beans!! Would definatly stay here again. more

Just got back from the Lyndhurst today. There were 8 of Us and we were all made to feel very welcome. Genie who runs it is a very nice lady who knows any sort of info you would want to know. The rooms arent the biggest but you dont expect that in a Town Centre B&B. The Bed was very... more
