Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during a conference. First two nights were spend in a room facing the parking lot. Still, I only fell asleep around 4 am each of these two nights as the hotel's central location also stands for incredible noise and listening to drunk people outside until very late in the morning! Was so desperate after those 2 nights that I asked for another room facing the courtyard, which I also got (from the very nice staff) and true, I slept much better. Unfortunately, the new room lacked hot water and the toilet could not be flushed! I don't think this is acceptable in such a hotel! more
