Hilton Leicester is the worse hilton which i have ever been. Building looks very old. Style, design is old fashion and terrible. Room was ugly, furnitures are very old ( except tv). Took our Granddaughter this weekend and had a really lovely time. The Family Room was large, clean and comfortable. The Hilton is a brand that we've followed for many years, collecting many Honors points across the UK and the US. But we've noticed a major difference between the UK and America. Stayed whilst on business for a total of three months so have a good insight into's its pro's and cons. For me its biggest asset is its staff who i have always found to be warm, friendly and extremely helpful. I'd have no hesitation in employing the majority of them myself.
