I have visited the bar on and restaurant 3 times in the last month and am totally disatisfied with the level of service. The bar staff never seem to smile, the ladies toilet is filthy with layers of dust accumulating all along the skirting boards. There seems to be no apparent cleaning schedule underway. I stayed there, not by choice, but had nowhere else. But.....I think that a big brewer had just bought the place in June 04 and a new manager seems to have it sorted.
