Initially were meant to stay at Charlotte House Hotel, which is part of the same group, this was and felt like an old hospital stuck in the middle of a pay and display car park and next door to council function rooms!! My thoughts on entering my room at the Bail House were 'How could the AA have given this place 5 stars?' We stayed here for one night on a motoring tour that started in London. This was the most expensive and least satisfactory of 2 weeks stays in a mixture of hotels, B&Bs and pubs. Very disappointing to say the least. I will never stay there again and I certainly don't recommend it.
